Job Description

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns as scheduled, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Generate and maintain accurate marketing databases, while ensuring all leads are properly documented and nurtured.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitive analysis, contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Support the creation, writing, and editing of marketing materials and collaterals, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content to engage our audience and grow our online presence.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to raise brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas that support our marketing objectives.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, and organizing marketing assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in market research and analysis techniques.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
