We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Recreation Manager who will drive our guest entertainment to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entertainment programs, Health & Fitness Centre, Kid's Club, Pool, Beach, and Spa operations
  • Manage recreation department budget and vendor contracts
  • Lead promotions, special events, and weekly activity programs Train and supervise recreation staff on safety standards
  • Ensure smooth operation of all recreation facilities and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Leisure & Recreation Management or relevant field
  • Proven experience in recreation management within hospitality
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, event management expertise
  • Proficiency in aquatic sports is an added advantage
  • Fluency in a foreign language is an added advantage
