Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with a primary focus on software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, possess deep knowledge of software sales, and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A background in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage but is not a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and qualify leads across industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Background in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise-level software solutions.
