Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Stellar HR Solutions in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, policy development, employee relations, job description creation, and more.
Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Expertise in HR policies and employee relations
  • Experience in developing job descriptions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct HR audits and organizational restructuring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kenya
