Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential buyers, sellers, and investment opportunities within the hospitality sector. Stay ahead of industry trends to provide accurate market assessments.
- Property Evaluation: Evaluate hotel properties based on factors like location, amenities, and demand, ensuring accurate property valuations for your clients.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain a robust network of hotel owners, investors, and developers. Represent your clients during negotiations, helping them secure the best deals.
- Transaction Management: Oversee every stage of the transaction process—from contract drafting and due diligence to financing and closing deals—ensuring seamless transactions for all parties involved.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or hospitality (or related field)
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Expertise in financial analysis, hotel operations, and property valuation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
