  • We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Florist & Sales Associate to join our team! This role requires someone with a keen eye for floral arrangements and strong sales skills to interact with customers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating gorgeous floral arrangements for all kinds of occasions—weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
  • Helping customers find the perfect flowers and offering expert advice.
  • Handling phone and online orders, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Keeping the shop organized, stocked, and looking fresh.
  • Keeping an eye on inventory to ensure we always have the best blooms available.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in floristry is required
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills.
  • Someone who enjoys selling and isn’t afraid to upsell or recommend extras.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for processing orders.
