 Duties and responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and compounding medicine;
  • Receiving, processing and recording prescriptions in a unit pharmacy;
  • Counseling patients on drug usage, ordering and recording drug consumption;
  • Maintaining relevant records pertaining to drugs.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution (PBB);
  • Registered with Pharmacy and Poisons Board;
  • A valid practising Licence from Pharmacy and Poisons Board
  • Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
