We are looking for a skilled and licensed esthetician to join our skincare clinic. The ideal candidate must be experienced in performing advanced skincare treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, laser procedures, facial treatments, and skin analysis. This role involves conducting personalized consultations, developing customized treatment plans, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. The esthetician should have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of skincare science, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Passion for aesthetics, attention to detail, and continuous learning are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microneedling treatments to improve skin texture, reduce scars, and boost collagen production.
- Conduct chemical peels, laser treatments, and other skin resurfacing procedures for various skin concerns.
- Administer customized facials, hydration therapy, and anti-aging treatments based on client needs.
- Perform detailed skin analysis using professional diagnostic tools to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and educate clients on treatment options and product usage.
- Develop customized skincare treatment plans for conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging.
- Offer pre-treatment and post-treatment care guidance to enhance results and minimize risks.
- Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with KEBS and KMPDB regulations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment history and progress
- Recommend and sell professional skincare products to support clients’ at-home routines.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in clinic marketing efforts, including skincare content creation and client testimonials.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, treatments, and industry advancements.
- Attend professional development training and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and overall clinic success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a reputable skincare clinic, medical spa, or dermatology practice.
- Proficiency in microneedling, laser therapy, chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, active compounds, and dermatological treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and guide clients effectively.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.
- Experience working with high-end skincare brands and medical-grade products is an added advantage.
