Position Overview:
As a Graphic & Brand Designer, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining a strong visual identity across all brand touchpoints. From digital campaigns and social media content to vehicle CMF (color, material, and finish) design, your work will help bring the Roam brand to life. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful and visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Roam’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials (flyers, posters, brochures, social media graphics, website assets, etc.).
- Design engaging user interfaces (UI) and enhance digital platform user experiences (UX).
- Contribute to CMF vehicle design, ensuring a cohesive and attractive product appearance.
- Work collaboratively to generate ideas and concepts for marketing and communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency in branding and maintain brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A keen eye for design language, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
