Outspan Hospital started operations with the establishment of an Out Patient Department on August 7, 2001. A month later, the In Patient Department was opened with a capacity of 21 beds.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Network administration (voice, data and video)
  • Systems administration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in information communication technology from a recognized institution
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Good customer care and communication skills
