Job Purpose

  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene in the work place while also preparing & serving tea, coffee and snacks as required.

Key Responsibilities :

Cleaning Duties

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust office space, corridors and common areas.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchen and dining areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose waste properly.
  • Ensure office furniture, equipment and surfaces are clean and well maintained.

Tea & Refreshment Preparation

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to staff.
  • Ensure timely availability of refreshments as per the schedule or request.
  • Serve snacks and refreshments during meetings or office gatherings.
  • Ensure the kitchen area and utensils are clean and well organized.

Stock & Supplies Management

  • Monitor and restock cleaning and kitchen supplies (tealeaves, coffee, sugar, milk etc)
  • Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Certificate (minimum)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in cleaning and/or tea serving.
  • Ability to work efficiently and follow schedules.
  • Good communication and hospitality skills.
  • Basic cleaning and sanitation knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina for tasks like lifting and moving supplies
