Rural smallholders account for over 70% of the food produced in Africa. With the expected population increase of over 2 billion by 2050, world population will be in great food demand. Small holder Farmers are at the centre stage to bringing the new agricultural revolution in africa. We know that this revolution has to start with data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or agribusiness.
  • Proven sales performance and leadership in managing field teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of soil health and precision farming (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to rural areas.
