Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire all-day dining restaurant kitchen operation, ensuring seamless execution of service.
- Develop and curate authentic Indian menus with a focus on innovation, seasonality, and guest preferences.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation of all Indian dishes.
- Lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and compliance with HACCP standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a large luxury hotel operation.
- Proven expertise in Indian cuisine, with the ability to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional specialties.
- Experience in menu engineering, cost control, and kitchen management.
- Previous experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
