- We are seeking a proactive and analytical Brand Coordinator to support our brand-building initiatives and ensure successful execution of our go-to-market strategies across East Africa. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in monitoring brand performance, coordinating marketing activities and supporting the development of new product launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Brand Manager in analyzing market trends and launching new products.
- Collaborate with country teams to prepare and implement business plans for new product launches.
- Monitor performance of each territory against set objectives and report variances.
- Prepare regular competitor activity reports for each market and recommend responses.
- Coordinate execution of trade marketing and A&P plans across all territories.
- Assist in preparing business reviews for suppliers, consolidating insights and results.
- Identify opportunities for communication campaigns to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Support field activities and promotions, ensuring consistent brand representation across touchpoints.
- Employ data analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies. Track and report KPIs for brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or an equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.
- Experience in healthcare operations will be a plus.
