Digital Marketing Specialist

Content Creation (Story Telling) 

  • Develop relevant content topics that reciprocate to the company’s values, solutions & target audience through visual, writing and videos.
  • Coordinate with different functions in the company to find best new stories to tell and share in social media platforms and other Medias.
  • Curate, create and publish relevant, original and high quality content.
  • Contribute and improve on newsletter for monthly circulation and highlights.

Online And Social Media Activities Management

  • Manage current social media platforms ie. LinkedIn, Meta-FB & IG, X, Youtube & Tiktok and explore new ones.
  • Set goals and plan out a social media strategy.
  • Develop and build an online brand awareness and online reputation
  • Monitor, manage and respond to online reviews and enquires on all platforms & e commerce
  • Participate in online advocacy efforts and look for cross promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and implement ones with most benefit.
  • Develop relationships through social media platforms.

SEO & SEM Development and Management

  • Coordinate and Develop SEO & SEM strategies to help generate more inbound traffic and SEO top listing from Google Ads, Video Ads, Display Ads etc
  • Photography and Videography
  • Take and edit photos and videos for product, project and company stories and profiles.
  • Track and analyze key metrics on all above scope of works to measure performance by reporting and accountability. 
  • Continually educate and research on most effective methodologies and online trends to maintain relevance of the Sheffield brand

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Degree in marketing/ journalism or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (Please share your portfolio)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Social Media & SEM campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
