  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of reports on course enrollments, student performance, and other ODeL-related data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and course data. Support the ODeL Coordinator in administrative tasks such as communication, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Program Support: Assist in the administration of ODeL courses, including managing course schedules, enrollment processes, and course materials. Ensure that course materials are uploaded and accessible on the Learning Management System (LMS). Help monitor and maintain the quality
  • Student Assistance: Provide support to students enrolled in ODeL programs by answering inquiries and resolving technical or administrative issues. Assist in the tracking of student progress, attendance, and participation in online courses. Coordinate communication with students
  • Faculty Support: Assist faculty members in navigating and utilizing eLearning tools and technologies. Coordinate and schedule training sessions for faculty on the use of the LMS and other teaching tools. Help monitor faculty engagement with students and ensure that they receive the support
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to students and faculty using the LMS, video conferencing tools, and other online learning platforms. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to course access, multimedia content, and online assessments. Collaborate with the IT team to es
  • Communication & Outreach: Help in preparing and sending out communications to students, faculty, and other stakeholders about ODeL programs. Assist in the development and dissemination of promotional materials for ODeL offerings. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with online outreach
  • General Support: Provide day-to-day support to the ODeL department, including managing emails, inquiries, and scheduling meetings. Assist in the implementation of new processes or tools to enhance the efficiency of ODeL operations.
