We are looking for a Claims Manager to join our team — someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process claims promptly.
  • Review policy coverage and documents.
  • Communicate with clients and insurers.
  • Follow up on claims progress and settlements.
  • Keep records and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Insurance.
  • 1+ years in insurance claims handling.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
