Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business-related field or Communications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through calls, messages, and emails with empathy and excellence
  • Proactively follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
  • Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction
  • Record and track client feedback and concerns for continuous improvement
  • Represent TSAVO's values of care, integrity, and excellence in every engagement
