The Head of Revenue Enhancement at Property Boutique is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to grow top-line revenue across all business units. This leader plays a pivotal role in aligning sales performance, identifying new growth channels, optimizing existing revenue streams, and fostering high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of real estate markets, sharp commercial acumen, and a data-driven approach to growth.

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years in business development, revenue optimization, or strategic sales, ideally in the real estate or professional services sector.
  • Proven track record in growing revenue, leading high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, commissions structures, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling capability.
  • Tech-savvy: proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and business analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
