Seeking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, POS, inventory, etc.) Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
