Job Requirements

  • We are hiring a Modern Trade Manager for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Modern Trade management within FMCG
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and supermarket chains
  • Strong negotiation skills in pricing, listings & trade terms Experience executing promotions, visibility campaigns & sampling activities
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi &surrounding areas)
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
  • Effective team leadership & coordination of field reps and Start Date: Immediate merchandisers
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
