QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cooperative Management, Accounting, Finance, Econom- ics, or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in MSME lending, microfinance, or cooperative societies.
- Proficiency in credit appraisal and risk assessment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- A valid driving/riding license (motorcycle) will be an added advantage.
Key Competencies.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
