We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. 

This role bridges the technical and business worlds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and omni channel solutions. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into technical specifications, managing the product lifecycle, change management and ensuring alignment between engineering, marketing, and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products or improvements.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams.
  • Identify customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals.
  • Define the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from executive leadership and marketing teams.
  • Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing refinements and upgrades to increase longevity

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively across teams.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform iterative improvements.

 Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on product offerings.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications 

Educational Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).  Experience: 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical environments.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
