Role Summary
The Brand Experience Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the overall brand experience for Nyota Njema initiatives. This includes ensuring exceptional customer, mentee, and partner engagement, building strong community connections, and delivering impactful brand storytelling. The role blends event management, sponsorship coordination, content creation, digital presence, and brand positioning, with secondary support to the CEO on executive tasks such as calendar management and meeting briefs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Events
- Plan and coordinate events, including branding, logistics, and partner follow-up.
- Manage sponsorship outreach, tracking, and reporting.
- Collect, document, and publish success stories.
- Deliver brand-enhancing initiative.
2. Customer Experience & Community
- Follow up with customers, mentees, partners, and sponsors within 24–48 hours.
- Implement regular customer touchpoints (check-ins, appreciation messages, updates).
- Track and report satisfaction levels with a target of ≥95% positive feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM logs of all interactions.
3. Content & Digital Presence
- Develop and manage a weekly content calendar for Brand Perminus platforms.
- Proofread and edit all outward-facing content (posts, proposals, presentations).
- Respond to social media and digital inquiries within 24hours.
- Provide monthly analytics reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
4. CEO Support (Secondary)
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar with at least two weeks forward visibility.
- Ensure zero scheduling conflicts and prepare daily briefing notes.
- Submit weekly summaries of CEO’s key engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in brand management, event coordination, or executive support.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and social media management tools.
