- The Delinquency Administrator plays a key role in supporting the property management team by assisting with delinquency-related tasks and ensuring timely, accurate communication with residents.
- This role will focus on generating and tracking delinquency notices, coordinating with residents on outstanding balances, and supporting the renewal and legal notice processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative precision with professional resident interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute past due rent notices in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist with light resident communications regarding payment reminders, outstanding balances, and follow-up inquiries.
- Prepare and populate delinquency and legal notices to support property managers and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in renewal generation efforts, including preparing renewal offers and assisting with tracking resident responses.
- Maintain accurate records of delinquency activity and update internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure alignment on delinquency strategies and resident communications.
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree required.
- Previous administrative or property management experience a plus, especially with delinquency or collections processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management software preferred.
