- We are seeking for dynamic and results-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of F&B operations in a busy Resort.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenues, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards across outlets, conferences, meetings, and banqueting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all F&B operations to deliver quality service and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenues and control costs.
- Oversee conferences, meetings, and banqueting operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote F&B outlets and events.
- Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to achieve service excellence.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent high standards in food, beverage sales and service.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in F&B Management or Degree in Hospitality Management from a reputable Institution.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably in a fast-paced 3-4 Star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in driving revenues and enhancing guest experiences.
- Excellent understanding of Hotel operating systems
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
