Requirements for Appointment: -

  • Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) or its equivalent;
  • Ability to keep confidentiality of clients’ information; and
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

  • Clean and arrange the offices daily;
  • Prepare and serve refreshments;
  • Dispatch mails to the post office and other destinations;
  • Distribute internal mails to officers as marked to respective offices;
  • Load and off load packages for office use; and
  • Carry out office logistical duties;
