This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company (Tech4G), developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the executive team, fostering relationships with stakeholders and clients, and spearheading initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
 - Experience in strategic planning and execution
 - Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders and clients
 - Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within the development, technology, or social enterprise sectors.
 - Proven experience in resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and program management.
 - Strong understanding of Kenya’s digital inclusion landscape and donor environment.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
