Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in auditing or inspection within the agricultural sector.
  • Knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. and Organic standards is a must.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Kenya and occasionally within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits according to current standards and protocols.
  • Review documentation and records to verify
  • compliance with certification requirements.
  • Compile and submit accurate audit reports within required timeframes.
  • Keep up to date with changes to standards and relevant industry developments.
  • Ensure impartiality, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
