Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for the biometric card production system.
- Closely monitor stock of consumables (cards, inks, ..)
- Ensure proper inventory of stock (consumables and parts)
- Monitor and maintain two production lines to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system downtime.
- Conduct curative maintenance to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, warranty claims, and technical fixes.
- Document and report incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with production standards and security protocols.
- Report regularly to the HQ team in France with detailed updates and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical background in production systems, maintenance, and support.
- Experience in operating and maintaining equipment in a production factory.
- Knowledge of biometric card production processes is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.
