Role Purpose

The Workshop Supervisor will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring all company vehicles and machinery are maintained for optimal performance, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor workshop mechanics and support staff.
  • Ensure 85%+ equipment uptime across all trucks and machinery.
  • Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
  • Coordinate spare parts procurement and inventory with the logistics and procurement teams.
  • Ensure compliance with NTSA and safety standards.
  • Promote good housekeeping and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma/Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Senior Mechanic.
  • Valid driving license (able to drive up to 10-wheelers).
  • Strong knowledge of truck systems, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
