Role Purpose
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring all company vehicles and machinery are maintained for optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor workshop mechanics and support staff.
 - Ensure 85%+ equipment uptime across all trucks and machinery.
 - Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
 - Plan and execute daily and weekly maintenance schedules.
 - Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
 - Coordinate spare parts procurement and inventory with the logistics and procurement teams.
 - Ensure compliance with NTSA and safety standards.
 - Promote good housekeeping and adherence to health and safety protocols.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma/Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering.
 - Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Senior Mechanic.
 - Valid driving license (able to drive up to 10-wheelers).
 - Strong knowledge of truck systems, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
 - Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
 - Proven leadership and team management skills.
 - Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
