TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 6 months renewable contract
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities shall entail:
- Maintainaning of buildings, equipment and plants.
- Undertaking routine or special building maintainance works, estimate and submit requests for maintenance materials.
- Participating in preparing specifications for minor works and carrying out valuation.
Person specifications
For appointment to this grade, one must:
- Have a KCSE certificate with a minimum of D Plain or its equivalent from a recognized instituion.
- Have a Craft Certificate(GTT III) or equivalent in relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Have practical knowledge of maintenance works.
- Be computer literate.
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on Leadership and Integrity upon successful appointment.
