Job Overview:

  • Were looking for an experienced and strategic Revenue Manager to play a key role in our team. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and hotel performance data to forecast revenue.
  • Audit the performance of new clients and provide strategic solutions
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics.
  • Oversee the use of revenue management tools and systems.
  • Generate regular revenue reports and provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Train properties on the use of various HotelOnline systems i.e PMS, channel manager etc
  • Maintain great relationships with partners in your portfolio

Requirements

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends to develop effective revenue strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Skilled in recognizing patterns and adopting accordingly to secure future revenue
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, enabling effective team and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Excels in dynamic environments with an ability to easily adapt to challenges and shifting priorities.
  • Passion for Hospitality: Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry that drives innovation and excellence.
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry: Previous experience in Revenue Management, e-commerce or related field is a plus
  • Learning and Applying New Skills: Experience is valued, but the willingness and ability to learn and apply new skills is equally important.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, especially revenue management software, with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.
