Job Summary

This job is responsible for arranging the prompt preparation and distribution of monthly or bi-monthly landlord statements and accompanying payments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients;
  • Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents;
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service;
  • Advertise the properties in appropriate channels in the most effective, presentable, cost optimal and professional way;
  • Ensure that transactional payments such as deposits and legal costs are received
  • properly and disbursed as required;
  • Maintain and update listing schedules and progress reports;
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements for appointment:

  • Bachelor's’ Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Diploma in Estate Agency, Marketing, or any relevant professional qualification/ certification
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar organisation or function
