Job Description
- Create high quality and original food to satisfy the customer.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new recipes and preparation techniques.
- Monitor and control food costs while ensuring high-quality ingredients are used
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a high-end kitchen required..
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
