ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will progress from graduate to junior manager within 18 months in Operations with the opportunity to become an outstanding leader in a world-class organization.

You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on international projects, working with above-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your dedicated Coach & Mentor.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture, Sciences, or similar
  • Recently graduated and between 1 and 3 years of professional experience
  • Passion for Operations and a general knowledge of its core functions
  • Experience and technical abilities in agriculture and / or horticulture and knowledge of agricultural practices
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management competencies
  • Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
  • National and/or international mobility
  • Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
