Food and Beverage Production and Service Trainers

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for food and beverage production and service professionals and industry best practices.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and application of food and beverage production and service concepts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates, incorporating relevant information into training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, HND or Degree qualification
  • Training, registration, and licensing by the relevant regulatory bodies
  • Proven knowledge and experience in food and beverage production and service training
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other training software/tools
  • Highly flexible and reliable
