Accounts Assistant- Reliever

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Prepare and verify financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Filing and record-keeping
  • Bank reconciliations.

Qualifications, skills & competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred
  • CPA - added advantage Proven experience working as an accounts assistant, accounts clerk, or similar role Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail strong communication and interpersonal skills
