JOB PURPOSE
Provide End to End respective technical solutions, design and optimisation of specific projects in processes, manufacturing equipment or production lines replacements or upgrades. The role will need to partner the sites and business unit to impact the greater Nutrition Strategy in Africa.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Partnering the sites across Africa is demonstrated by delivering the focus areas in the Nutrition agenda
- This includes leadership or deployment of optimization projects, capacity unlocks, specific design projects of varying complexity and GM improvement projects.
- These will be linked to various focus areas for impact.
- The role also includes OEE and efficiency support to the sites which is not limited to best practice feedback, SHEQ advice or problem solving on equipment.
- The role will be responsible for delivering designated expertise to enable development of the Concept, & Detailed Design for projects and supporting their execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Be flexible and able to work across the different Business Groups, Technologies and countries within Africa.
- Importance of design principles understanding and strength in project management

Experiences & Qualifications
- Advantageous : Nutrition Factory Experience
- Experience: process engineering, projects and maintenance and working understanding of Capex Deployment
- University Qualification: Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering Degree/BTech
