  • This role will manage one of the most prestigious real estate developments in Sub-Saharan Africa, ensuring the property meets the highest standards in commercial, operational, and management aspects
  • . Key responsibilities include team development and client liaison, leasing, marketing, and overseeing facilities, property, and financial management.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in property or facilities management for a Grade A mixed-use development, coupled with a Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, along with a knack for motivating teams and holding them accountable.
