Minimum Qualifications

  • Must hold relevant technical training qualifications in pastry and bakery 
  • Must have a minimum 5 years as pastry CDP or equivalent position in 5-star hotel 
  • Demonstrable creativity in menu creation
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
