Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Process Management:
- Present and promote Rama Homes' properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their needs promptly.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client preferences.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning and goal setting.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
