HydroIQ is a smart metering device that is plugged into the existing water supply network, turning the traditional water system into a smart water grid. HydroIQ is installed at the households to monitor consumption in real-time, and allow consumers to pay for only the water they consume on a pay as you go basis using mobile money.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Snap App and SmartBilling portal.
  • Sales Funnel Creation: Design and implement a strategic funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate the transition to our digital solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Oversee the roll-out of the Snap App and SmartBilling portal, including training for meter reader agents and providing support.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine strategies and tools.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with our marketing goals.
  • External Communications: Manage media relations, press releases, and strategic messaging to enhance HydroIQ's public image.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to increase brand visibility.
  • Daily Operations: Handle customer inquiries, manage marketing materials, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in the tech or utility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in media relations and strategic messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
