Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and programs to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets
- Explore and develop alternative revenue streams, such as hiring grounds for events, the multipurpose hall, sports fields, classrooms for holiday camps, and catering services.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to design the sales budget, monitor its utilization, and assess the impact of sales activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques.
- Develop programs to recognize and celebrate the achievements of alumni, showcasing their success stories as part of the school's brand.
- Manage alumni communication channels, including newsletters, social media groups, and the alumni section of the school website.
- Collect and share alumni testimonials and success stories to enhance the school's reputation and attract prospective students.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Sales or Marketing
- Proven experience in marketing (internships, projects, or prior roles), preferably in the education sector.
- Registered in the affiliated sales and marketing bodies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (including SEO, social media marketing, and content management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling.
- marketing content and effectively interact with diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm for working in the education sector and a commitment to supporting the mission of Nairobi Waldorf School Trust
