About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial guidance and support to key finance and fundraising teams across our organisation. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to analyse financial data, You’ll oversee regional financial operations, assist in the preparation of grant funding contracts, and drive efficiency improvements within the finance teams. About you

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role will bring strong financial expertise and a strategic mindset with experience of working in an INGO a senior level. They should have a solid background in finance, with excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. The ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial teams is essential, as is experience in financial reporting and compliance.

A proactive problem-solver, the candidate will be skilled in building capacity within teams and have strong interpersonal skills to work across cultures. Commitment to integrity, accountability, and the organisation’s mission is key to success in this role.
