Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational objectives set by the CEO across various departments, ensuring timely execution.
  • Oversee and guide managers in achieving their departmental goals while maintaining accountability for overall operational performance.
  • Identify potential challenges in operational delivery and implement proactive solutions.
  • Manage the operational aspects of various functions, including Site Operations, Marketing, Estates Management, and Procurement.
  • Implement new projects and business ventures as directed by the leadership team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in planning and reporting across all business functions.
  • Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in construction, real estate development, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business functions, including construction, site acquisition, finance, operations, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
