Job Summary

  • Reporting to the Credit Administration Officer, the job holder will be responsible for the entire credit Administration processes, loans collateral securitization and maintain a high asset loan portfolio.

Job Profile

  • Loans disbursement
  • Daily monitoring of loans disbursements. Ensuring conditions of sanction are met and postings are properly done.
  • Loans security perfection.
  • Daily monitoring of performing portfolio
  • Ensuring full loans documentation before disbursements
  • Preparing of offer letters and credit management reports.
  • Compilation of CRB data and submission to the bureaus.
  • Maintenance of the loan’s collateral register
  • Monitoring and review of insurance covers for loan securities
  • Ensuring adherence to the offer letter conditions
  • Monitoring financed members projects
  • Coordinating credit administration functions with other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related areas from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of three (2) years of relevant and progressively responsible work experience in finance or related area is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
