Mass Production Machinist (Tailor)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., Overlock, Single needle, Double needle, Flatlock and button hole, ) for high-volume garment production.
  • Read and follow stitching specifications, patterns, and work orders accurately.
  • Assemble and sew garments with precision, ensuring consistent quality and speed.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary corrections.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in garment or apparel mass production is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
