Logistics Accounts Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of transportation receipts.
  • Checking the receipt status and accuracy.
  • System freight rate verification.
  • Carrier reconciliation and invoicing.
  • Complete the reconciliation. After issuing the invoice, create the reconciliation state ment in the TMS system.
  • Upload all the receipts and invoice attachments (including cess fees and abnormal fe es).
  • If the deduction is made, clearly note the deduction amount, the reason for the deduction and the corresponding order number.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.
  • Main role:
  • Reconciliation, invoicing and handling payment applications. The cost center assigned to the department where the actual business occurred.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Accounting/Finance or relevant to the position with More than 2 year of experience in a similar role.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint and analysis application.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and decision-making skills.
  • Be meticulous and responsible in doing things.
  • High level of integrity.
