Position Overview.
- We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-driven People Operations Apprentice to join our dynamic People Team. This hands-on opportunity is perfect for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree who are eager to kickstart their HR career. What You Will Be Doing
- Support preparing and managing HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data in the HRIS is always up to date.
- Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth documentation for new hires.
- Learn and use HR systems to streamline administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement activities such as surveys, recognition initiatives, and team events.
- Help track and follow up on probation reviews, contract renewals, and other key HR milestones.
- Assist in maintaining compliance by supporting audits and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Provide basic support in resolving employee queries or concerns, escalating where needed.
- Help organize and maintain digital and physical HR files.
- Support internal communication efforts by drafting memos or announcements.
- Participate in monthly HR reporting and data updates.
- Collaborate with different departments to support HR initiatives and improve the employee experience.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
